This really speaks to me in a deep way. So often we can walk through life and not even be aware of the fact that we are picking up 'baggage'. For example, I've had it at times where some people have said really horrible things to me, about me and like the guys said in the vid, it hurts. The worst thing was that I held onto the things these people had said about me which in turn made me question my relevance in this world. This is baggage.
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. - (Matthew 11:28) (NIVUK)
How many times have you taken out all your woes on your friends and even had a go at them when they make mistakes or just said a comment in which you disagree with, because you are already feeling the weight of your 'baggage'? Yet just like the rest of us they're trying to get through life too. We all make mistakes, we all fall short, we all make bad decisions from time to time, but what we shouldn't do is hold those things against ourselves and especially others.

How many times have you asked the question Why? Why me? Why is it easy for them? Why am I struggling? What am I doing wrong? I'm worthless, insignificant, pointless, a nobody! --> I have fallen into this many a time and the thing's NOT true. Do not fall into the trap of believing those negative thoughts because all they do is weigh you down and make you feel worthless.
...Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other. In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly.
Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other. Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically. Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality... - (Romans 12:4-13) (NLT)
We all have a different purpose, different gifting, different life from anybody else. We are the only one of ourselves. There is no other you, there is no other me. Just take a second and think about those that you have looked at and thought 'why is it so good for them and not me?' They have most likely been through some tough times and had felt before that they were going no-where. They have had their struggling times, their mountains to climb  and more often than not there will be more hurdles that lie ahead.

The question is all down to our attitude. Are we going to let our 'baggage' weigh us down, or are we going to hand it over to God, let him be our rock and comforter and believe that we are significant and a life worth living?
For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. - (Ephesians 2:10) (NIVUK)
